This means connecting the tools you already use (CRM, email, WhatsApp, e-commerce, ads, etc.) so data and tasks flow automatically — saving your team 40+ hours a month. We also deploy new tools (CRMs, AI agents, marketing automation) when your stack has gaps.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?

Not at all. Our job is to handle the technical complexity so you don't have to. We explain everything in plain English, document every workflow, and train your team to use what we build. If you can articulate your business problem, we can automate the solution.
How do I know if my business is ready for automation?

Pricing & Payment
How much does a typical project cost?

Our three packages: Starter Sync (₹25K-₹45K for 1-5 workflows, 3-4 weeks), Growth Sync (₹75K-₹1.5L for standard business automation, 6-8 weeks), 360 Enterprise (₹2.5L+ for full-stack rebuilds and complex integrations, 10-16 weeks). Final pricing depends on scope, tool count, and complexity.
No. All project work is fixed-scope. You know the total cost before we start. Hourly-only services are our Consulting (₹4,999/hr) for strategic advisory and our Training (₹25,000 for 4-hour team sessions).
What's your payment schedule?

Standard: 30% on kickoff, 40% at mid-project milestone, 30% on completion after the 30-day hypercare period. We use Razorpay for Indian clients and Stripe for international clients. Full GST invoices provided.
Our listed prices are exclusive of GST. For Indian clients, 18% GST is added. International clients (UAE, Singapore, US) are invoiced in USD without GST.
The discovery phase is fully refundable before blueprint approval. Post-blueprint, we refund any undelivered milestones. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you work with startups on equity?

Rarely, but yes. For pre-seed to Series A startups with strong founders and clear automation leverage, we'll consider hybrid deals (cash + equity). We're selective — typically 1-2 equity engagements per year.

How long does a typical project take?

Starter projects: 3-4 weeks. Growth projects: 6-8 weeks. Enterprise: 10-16 weeks. We commit to a firm timeline in your blueprint (delivered in week 2). Timelines include discovery, design, build, testing, launch, and hypercare.
What does your process look like?

Four phases: (1) Discover — free audit call and written report, week 1. (2) Design — detailed architecture and scoped proposal, week 2. Will I know what's happening during the build?

Yes, completely. You get a shared project board (ClickUp or Notion), weekly Loom video updates, a 30-minute weekly sync call, and async support via Slack or WhatsApp. Most clients tell us our communication is more transparent than agencies 10× our size.
What if my scope changes mid-project?

Minor additions (under 5% of total scope) we absorb without charging. Bigger changes get a written change order — updated scope, timeline, and cost — that you approve before we proceed. No surprise invoices, ever.
Who will actually work on my project?

Every project is led by a senior automation specialist — not a junior outsourced elsewhere. For complex integrations, a senior developer joins. You always know exactly who's building your project and can talk to them directly. No account-manager middle layers.
Tools & Technology
Which automation platform do you use?

Depends on your project. We're experienced with Zapier, Make.com, n8n, Pabbly, and Integrately. We recommend based on your complexity, volume, and budget — never based on commissions (we don't take any). For most SMBs, we recommend Make.com. For simple needs, Zapier. For self-hosted or high-volume, n8n.
Which CRM do you recommend?

Most common: Zoho CRM for Indian SMBs (great price-to-feature ratio), HubSpot for marketing-led B2B, GoHighLevel for agencies and service businesses, Salesforce for larger sales teams. We recommend based on your business, not affiliate commissions.
Can you integrate any tool?

Almost always, yes. If a tool has an API, webhook, or even email-based notifications, we can integrate it. We've worked with 200+ tools. For the rare fully-closed system, we use browser automation (RPA) or OCR-based approaches as fallbacks.
Do you work with custom / in-house software?

Yes. About 30% of our projects involve integrating custom-built ERPs, proprietary CRMs, or legacy systems. We handle REST, GraphQL, SOAP, XML-RPC, FTP-based, and even email-parsing integrations.
What if my tools don't have native integrations?

We build custom middleware. For Growth and Enterprise projects, we have in-house developers who build Node.js or Python integration layers when no-code tools hit their limits. Deployed on your infrastructure or ours.
Post-Launch Support
What happens after you deliver my project?

30 days of hypercare included (15 days for Starter). During this time, bugs are fixed free, small tweaks are included, and your team can ask questions via Slack/WhatsApp. After 30 days, most clients move to a monthly retainer (optional) or come back for new projects.
Will you maintain the automations after launch?

Yes, via our monthly retainer packages starting at ₹15,000/month. Retainer includes proactive monitoring, breakage fixes within 24 hours, monthly performance reports, and a set number of build hours per month for new workflows.
What if a third-party tool updates and breaks my automation?

We design with error handling and alerts so you know immediately. On retainer, we fix third-party-caused breakages within 24 hours as part of the monthly fee. Off retainer, we bill fixes at ₹4,999/hour (minimum 1 hour).
Can I modify the automations myself after launch?

Absolutely. You own everything. We hand over admin access, full documentation, and training. Most clients make minor tweaks themselves and hire us back for larger additions. We don't lock you into anything.
Do you provide training for my team?

Yes. Every project includes at least one 2-hour live training session (recorded for future reference), written SOPs for every workflow, and a 'cheat sheet' summary document. For larger teams, we offer dedicated training packages (₹25K for 4-hour intensive).
Security & Data
Is my data safe during automation?

Yes. We follow data handling best practices: TLS encryption in transit, credentials stored in secure vaults, role-based access controls, audit logs for every change. For sensitive data (healthcare, finance), we use SOC 2-compliant platforms and sign appropriate DPAs.
Yes, every client. We have a standard mutual NDA we can share, or we'll sign yours. Data handling is taken seriously — our team members sign confidentiality agreements internally too.
Depends on the tools. Most SaaS platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Make.com, Klaviyo) have their own data policies — we'll advise on which fit your compliance needs. For custom middleware, we deploy on your AWS/GCP/Azure account by default. Never on personal servers.
Are you GDPR and DPDP compliant?

Yes. We build every project with GDPR (European) and India's DPDP Act in mind. This includes consent flows, data minimization, right-to-erase workflows, and audit trails where required. We're not lawyers — you should confirm with your own legal team — but our baseline is strong compliance.
What happens to my data if I stop working with you?

We follow the 'right to export' principle. At end of engagement or retainer, we help you export all data, transfer platform admin rights, and handover all credentials. We delete any copies we have within 30 days.

Yes, enthusiastically. For companies with internal developers or ops people, we often do a 'bridge' role — we design and lead initial builds, then your team takes over maintenance. Or we work alongside your team on complex projects.
Do you offer white-label services for agencies?
